Set within a character-filled red brick building dating back to the 1920s, this Richmond apartment renovation is a refined balance of heritage charm and modern living. Rich in industrial features, the project required careful planning from the outset. The kitchen layout was thoughtfully designed around a structural beam, while a new staircase was integrated without compromising the flow of the living and dining areas. Original industrial elements were honoured throughout, softened with the introduction of warm timber grain joinery and solid timber flooring.
